To make InField more auditable it would be good to have the possibility to have a logbook to each checklist to see what changes was done during the lifecycle of the checklist and task level. Including also who has changed and when it changed. The reason behind is get more document control in place that is quite required in industries that deliver pharma intermediated products.
HiChecking at the data mangement new GUI on the specific section “Data Catalog” i found that is not possible (or if im wrong can anybody tell me where i can do that) to change add or remove columns to be displayed so i can add or remove more inf to be shown in the GUI, as you can see in the image below: In this case im looking to all my datasets for file extractors so i used ‘file’ to filter, so i need to get the dataset ID to be referentiated on my extractors config files, but i dont see it on any of the columns nor i can add/remove columns as my wish?. it would be nice if i could add more columns and check/select which info to be shown, in this case i would like to add the dataset-id parameter into one column so i can very easily look at it for my references. Thank you,
Only allow the generation of a scheduled Checklist if the last generated was finishedThere some cases where one inspection could be executed in the current day or in the next few days, and there's no need to generates new checklists in this meantime
There some cases where it’s necessary to attach pictures of equipments or tools to facilitate the execution of a task. The suggestion is to make it possible, on the Description field of the Template Item, to attach a file. With that, the Operators will be able to see the equipment part that they need to check and what they need to check more easily.
It will be a good improvement if the user could use the picture taken and attached on the Task also on the creation of the observation related to a Checklist Task.
Currently, the templates and checklists doesn't have a way to be categorized. Most of the sites has more than one category for the checklists so they can classify, filter the templates list according to the category making easier to maintain and manage all the templates and checklists. Also, to get insights from different areas with the possibility to filter by Types and Categories.
In a solution data model, it would be useful to be able to synthetically calculate a value, or time series values based on attributes / time series of an instance. For instance, return the maximum value across several temperature measurements on a generator. Would it be possible to implement the opportunity to allow a data model field to contain synthetic time series, charts / INDSL functions, or even custom python functions?
With a vast amount of data models being developed using FDM, there is a need by modelers to have a simple overview (graphical, lists format, or similar) of all data models, data objects and properties that exist in a CDF project and their interdependencies. When 10+ data modelers are creating data models in FDM, they need to know what objects and properties already exist in FDM to know what objects/properties can be leverages and not re-created. This reduces the possibilities for redundant data objects being created. In addition, when data models leverage each other, there must be a way for modelers to know which data model are pulling data from each other. Should there for instance be a change in the data models, the ‘users’ of the data models must know whether upcoming changes will affect their data model.
CDF - Multiple Events are not selectable in Events filters under Cognite Charts. Login to CDF UI Navigate to Data Explorer screen. Click on the Charts tab in menu bar Click on New Chart button. Click on the Events button on right side of the penal Click on Add Filter button Select the Asset e.g: ‘02-V-0203’ from Asset filter. Select Events under the Types filter. Expected Results: User should be able to select multiple Events under Type filter and Subtype filter.Observed Results: User can select one Event but not more than one under Type and Subtype filters.
Resent search items history cannot see in search option at Data explorer screen in CDF.
Descriptionopening the 3D model it would be good to be able to create annotations on where the specific job should occur in the field.Criticality asset should mark in red and show asset details to infield engineer.
There is no observation list in the mobile version. So, for the user it is impossible to find the observation he created without a checklist.
Request to add addtional template for enabling notification types M3, M7 and M9. For details, please refer to the attached document.
I’m trying to make a grafana dashboard with a filter on metadata like this.ts{metadata={myKey=~'.+'}}The idea was to get any time series with any metadata value set for “myKey”. However, the panel also returns all the time series where the myKey does not exist. What am I doing wrong here? Can I do a server-side type of filtering to retrieve the time-series I want?
I would love to have a button that just moves the chart to datetime.now(). cause I’m often struggling to choose a new time segment, especially when the time span spans a month change.
We have customers who want to have the ability to put up a chart and not touch it and see it update and scroll as time passes. Grafana has some nice features to allow a user to set the update frequency - this is to request is to bring this kind of functionality to Charts.
On the Overview screen, have the option to select multiple registers to Assign or delete will improve the user experience by reducing the time if change multiple Checklists is needed.
On behalf of Celanese super users:Can’t do any dynamic visuals in Canvas. Would like ability to put status indicators (e.g. out of range) that can be customized.
As a turnaround planner I want to have box markups improved (resize shape, define level of transparency, by default place them on the floor) so that I can use them to plan scaffolding for upcoming turnarounds. As a turnaround planner I want to have box markups showing their dimensions (like area markups) so that I can use them to plan scaffolding for upcoming turnarounds.
On behalf of Celanese super users:When navigating and using Industrial Canvas, I would like the ability to create folders to help organize and categorize canvases for my site/unit. Today, CDF shows a list of all available canvases available for my organization across three primary filters (Private, Public, and All). It is difficult to understand what could be relevant to my specific role without the additional context provided in the titles or having to open each individual canvas. It would be great to have the ability to group the canvases by operating unit or even discipline. This will make it a bit easier to understand what is available.
