replace time range above the gantt with a zoom instead of a filter

As a user, I find it confusing that the time selection above the Gantt chart functions as a filter rather than a zoom tool. I would like the time selector to be used for zooming on the Gantt chart, with the filter relocated to a more intuitive place.

    is ok from my end! the filter with the calendar i want to keep, just relocate it, otherwise i need to use the start & end date filter which would be a step back!
