To make InField more auditable it would be good to have the possibility to have a logbook to each checklist to see what changes was done during the lifecycle of the checklist and task level. Including also who has changed and when it changed.
The reason behind is get more document control in place that is quite required in industries that deliver pharma intermediated products.
