Hi, could you as part of the Atlas AI add ai-assistant for the developers as e.g. Anthropic does with Claude? https://x.com/alexalbert__/status/1842264947012833465Thanks
Seeing as how all functions available in a calculation is defined in Python, perhaps a complete calculation (all nodes) can be exported to an executable python code. I am just throwing this out there as an idea; I have not thought a lot whether this is difficult/useful. One use case could perhaps be to prototype something in Charts, and then use exported code as a starting point for building something in Python. Regards,Anders Brakestad
As per title
As discussed
Remove a timeseries through the user interface when they are stored as table
We need the Quality indicators (data point states) in the CDF front end tools, charts etc.Is this something that is available or possible to configure? Examples in the screenshots.
When using Data Explorer, if you click on an Asset, that branch will expand, and others will minimize. Sometimes I want to be able to switch between similar Assets that are in different hierarchies (Example being two different lines in a plant, or two different facilities). The current behavior is that if you click on an Asset all other asset trees will be minimized. Even if you manually expanded other hierarchies/trees, clicking an asset will reset the view.Would be nice to either have an option (checkbox) to auto-minimize or change this default behavior. Example Tree:Plant 1: Tank1 Mixer1 Press Plant 2: Press Mixer Oven Tank If I were to click on Plant1>Tank1, all of Plant 2 would get minimized. If I were to expand plant 2 manually then click on Plant1>Tank1, again then Plant 2 would once again get minimized. Ideally I’d like for Plant 2 to stay expanded until I manually minimized it.
The ability to pin latest values to a drawing in canvas is fantastic, but on most our assets we have more than one timeseries linked to that equipment. Is it possible to add the ability to pin several timeseries to the same equipment. Also to pin additional timeseries that is not contextualized to any asset on top of a document/file/drawing.In addition for consumers of the content the context of the value is needed, so we need the ability to show units like in the old infographics.
When a user logs in from a mobile device (tablet or phone), the application should auto switch to mobile mode. Or create a mobile friendly link that starts with “m.infield” etc.
On behalf of Celanese Charts super users:I would like the ability to add comments on specific time series data points. This will help to provide additional context and promote collaboration when troubleshooting using charts. This is a supplemental feature request to the request below. Charts: Marker Placement on Timeseries
In the asset detail view, listing files in alphanumeric order would make it easier to find files, especially those with the same name but different file types.
There is a “print” button for files found via Search, but would also like to have a “download” button. I’ve been telling users to download by pressing print and then download, but this is a temporary work around.
I have on several occasions have wanted to make the line widths for all TSs in the Chart larger. It gets tedious doing this manually for 10+ TSs, so why not have functionality for applying certain formatting options to multiple TSs? Line widths, colors, line styles, granularity (if implemented), etc. Regards,Anders Brakestad
To analyze the particular time period / multiple time periods freeze the display pane in charts might be helpful. For example : An option to visit specific days such as (15th June : 4.00 pm to 7.00pm , 10th June 10.00am to 12th June 1.00 pm)A feature to come back and visualize saved/ marked timeframes will be helpful in pattern recognition or analyzing specific events
Currently there isn’t a way to include 360 image in canvas. Can work around by taking screen shot, saving image locally and dragging it in. This feature would be used by our inspectors creating work packs. Currently they are copying and pasting the images into Canvas.
Within a 3D Scene, a user may click on a 3D Asset to see related data. In the popup that appears, related Files are listed in no particular order or method of grouping. This request is two-fold:Users should be able to view Files grouped by document type (Electrical, P&ID, etc). These groupings should also appear as a rollup (i.e. you should be able to collapse or expand the list of Files under P&ID) The popup should also show details related to both File Name and Description
When adding documents in Canvas and saving them as PDF, there is always the same layout, which is not very useful. The user should have the ability to pick and edit the order of the documents and pages to be printed. Additionally, when a.multiple page document is added, only the 1st page of that document is printed.
Mismatch of measurement units, InField only does readings in inches, but some items are in feet. The Operator has to calculate on their phone before entering into InFieldI recommend a combination of ft and inches
I would like the ability to search a Time Series Tag and find documents that are contextualized to the time series in Infield. This is not possible today. I can only do this Asset Centric way.
We need the ability to create check lists by Equipment Type in a generic way. For example, these are the checks for an overspeed trip on a compressor? The current checklists has an asset is assigned on a task level which only make sense If you are doing an operator round and moving from an equipment to another equipment in a round. We need the ability to have a checklist against one asset that has checks for that asset. Examples 1) Functional Test for a Pump 2) Overspeed Trip Test 3) Overhaul of a Compressor etc We would like those generic check lists to be then pulled by technician, completed, tied to the WO and the Asset it was completed for in the WO. It would be nice if some AI looks at the Work order, then tells the technican which checklist to use. Nice to HaveAbility to create checklists that are visual in nature or has infographics that you can put measurements around a bearing picture for example instead a routine scrolling checklists. Ability to have pictures on a task level Ability to have thresholds that are dynamic or calculations of other tags with some logic and not just static numerical values.
