Thank you for suggesting this product idea. We will follow the traction this idea gets in the community. You can expect updates on this post if we decide to include this in our future roadmap, or if we require more information.
Thanks again for the request on this ! We have a notification center planned for release in Q1. This will support emails out of the box however the backend is built in a way in order to be customisable for other channels. We have teams / sms support officially scheduled for Q3 of next year.
