As and member of the technology group wanting to promote new ways of looking at data in the world around us, it would be very impactful if the Scenes that we create in Cognite Data Fusion are available in WebXR by default. This would allow interaction with the 3D models utilizing the Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest 3/pro or other headsets while maintaining a web-first approach. Also given the limitations of our monitors, a WebXR view of 3D models would provide a completely new way of interacting with data that we already have.

As I do agree with the potential here and that it would provide a very immersive 3D experience, I am checking in with the team on the technical feasibility of this.

Technically this will require a pivot of our focus in the 3D team. We are not able to prioritize this any time soon. We have noted the ask, but will park the request for now.
