The Model Revision API is returning updated by as guid or some number.However the requirement is to show the actual name on dashboard.Could you please help us in converting the user id to username.

We have an OPCUA extractor pulling data from an Ignition OPC Server which had been working well at a customer site for weeks. This is a try before you buy scenario so the issue of data loss notification is important and that we respond back to the customer as to reasons why this occurred.It seems something changed on the Ignition OPC server preventing the extractor from accessing the tag data.We can see that data stopped and when using the Cognite chart.However we did not receive an email notification of a pipeline failure over several days.Upon restarting the OPC Extractor service, we did receive the pipeline failure email as seen below. We know the data access problem is in the OPC Server so not trying to get help from Cognite with that but It seems that the pipeline SHOULD have sent a failure notification WITHOUT having to restart the service. When saving & scheduling a calculation, how do I specify the offset? For example, I can specify that I want the calculation to run every day, but how do I specify that I want it to run at 12pm every day?

Hi, I am on the CDF Fundamentals learning path and is currently on the “Events Transformation” section. I am trying to create a data set named “FirstnameBirthyear-IFSDB”. I do not see an attached dataset at the bottom of the page, do I use the same dataset (assets CSV file) as before? The external ID for the new IFSDB dataset is 8667716811777202.Thanks!

Hi Team,I'm facing a problem when doing two-step authentication at: https://fusion.cognite.comI'm using cognite-learn as a domain name, using my registered Cognite account. However, when I try to authenticate, I choose my account, a verification code (two-digit number) for approval via Microsoft Authenticator is generated but it's not being sent to my mobile device Microsoft Authenticator App.I've tried other authentication options, cleared the browser cache and cookies, restarted the mobile device where MS Authenticator is located and checked if the app is updated to the latest version. MS Authenticator is working correctly with the other accounts I have and I didn't have this problem when I was doing the CDF Fundamentals training steps.Could someone please help with this?

Hello team, I am trying to get the details of a reverse direct relation from my data model. In the SDK documentation I found some sdk methods. I have tried client.data_modeling.views.ReverseDirectRelation(source= "Entity", through="entityType") but I am getting the error that ReverseDirectRelation is not found in views could you please tell me what SDK method I should use to retrieve information on ReverseDirectRelations from my models.

Specifically, I would like to know:Is it possible to configure Cognite extractors (e.g., DB, Files, OPCUA, SAP, and PI) to fetch credentials directly from Azure Key Vault? Are there any official guidelines or examples for securely using Key Vaults with extractors? Hello,We are currently facing issues when trying to connect CDF to Power BI. We have already granted all the necessary permissions according to the official documentation, but we are encountering the following problems: Connection via Username and Password: Although Power BI lists the objects successfully, we are unable to visualize their content. It results in the following error:   Connection via API Key: The authentication screen in Power BI prompts us to enter the API key. However, when we provide the key, it is marked as invalid. Here we can see the CDF objects but not the data itself.   Is there a step-by-step guide to correctly configure and use the API key for authenticating in Power BI? Could you provide some clarification on whether there are any additional organizational settings that could be causing these errors during authentication?Any insights or guidance on resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Our project has used the standard logging module for displaying information, warnings and errors in the Cognite Function log interface. This has worked on the Google tenant of our CDF (despite the warning in the docs), but no logs are shown in our new Azure tenant.Do we need to update our code to a different module, or write our own logger class? Or will the logging module be compatible?

Hello, we have set up an extraction pipeline with notification alerts. One of the contacts defined is an email address for a Microsoft Teams channel: <xxx.yyy.onmicrosoft.com@emea.teams.ms>, but we have not received notifications to this channel the last couple of days. Are this kind of addresses blocked in some way? We know the alerts have been triggered becuase we have other contacts defined with different email addresses and they receive the alert.

Please see our steps below.  It would be great if you could advise on how to properly ingest logs and share a Jupyter notebook with some examples. Also, would be great to understand the link between the ingested log and the container. Hi guys, I’m facing an issue while trying to populate a data model and create a hierarchy of assets. Despite following the steps outlined in the microlearning materials step-by-step, I am unable to visualize the asset hierarchy in the data model.It appears that the hierarchy is not being created, even though the process runs without errors.For reference, I have attached the transformation I used to populate the data model.I created the space "DnI-Assets” and the target was the Cognite Core model and Cognite Assets.I can see those assets within the data model > Cognite Core > Cognite Assets instances. But not the Hierarchy itself.  I'd like to see the assets hierarchy and the graph views. Any idea how to solve this? Best regards,Daniel
