Community Introductions

Hello everyone,My name is Asharam Meena, and I am excited to be a new member of the Cognite Hub community. I have joined this platform to explore its capabilities, understand how it supports digital transformation, and expand my knowledge within the Cognite Learning Academy. As an engineer, I am always eager to learn new technologies that can help drive smarter decisions, improve efficiency, and enable data-driven operations. Cognite Hub provides the perfect ecosystem for this, and I look forward to making the most of it.

Hi fellow hub members,  I joined Cognite a couple of months ago and now that I have gone through the initial training and onboarded myself, I am ready to share and engage in this community. As the title shows I care about operationalizing data in the cloud through agile practices - so while figuring out how to master Cognite Data Fusion I will also dig into how agile engineering practice can be leveraged when working with CDF. And through that experience I will share what I discover - it may be useful :-)

Hello, I am here to expand my career opportunities and learn how I can use Cognite to maximize data visibility and utility. I am happy to be a part of this learning community.

Hello everyone,I’m a Data Analyst at Sylvamo, working with industrial data and digital transformation initiatives.I’m passionate about data, technology, and the practical application of artificial intelligence to real-world challenges.I enjoy learning, exchanging experiences, and exploring new tools and approaches in analytics.I’m glad to be part of this community and look forward to contributing and learning together.

Hi all, I am new to cognite and have started learning CDF Fundamentals Course.

I’m a controls technician in the process of finishing up their BSEE and I want to further diversify my skillset by incorporating advanced analytics. Happy to be here and looking forward to developing new skills!

Glad to be here!

Hello Everyone, I’m new to cognite community. Pleasure to be part of this group. Starting going through the cognite domain expertise course. Thanks,Bhaskar

Hi, everyone!I’m Lily. I’m a new frontend developer here at Cognite, and I’m really exited to join the team! Currently, I’m focusing on Enity Matching. I’m looking forward to learning from you all and contributing however I can!

Hi everyone, I’m Ravi.I’ve just joined the Cognite community and I’m starting to explore the platform in depth. My current focus is the Cognite Data Fusion for Domain Experts course, and I’m looking to get a solid understanding of how CDF can be used effectively in real industrial workflows.

I am excited about this opportunity to learn, explore new concepts, and better understand how Cognite’s tools can be applied in real-world solutions.

Here to expand my skillsets and learn all I can about Cognite.

Hello,My name is Troy and I’m a Team Lead with Flexware Innovation, LLC. I’m excited to get started learning a new software platform for integrating industrial data! I’ve been a systems engineer with Flexware developing and deploying solutions using Aveva PI System as the foundation for industrial data analytics. In addition to the PI System I have experience in SQL, Python, and various industrial networking protocols that are often encountered when deploying these systems. My background is in Chemical Engineering where I learned the core science behind chemical processes, as well as a strong basis in automation and controls engineering. Please reach out to me if you are interested in talking about your digital transformation journey or even just a small proof of concept you are considering. I’d love to help you ideate, investigate, and implement industrial data science tools at your organization.

Hi the community,My name is Christophe Allanic, former reservoir engineer for 20 years, moved to production department to deploy a production data management system in all totalenergies affiliates, i am now the Product Owner of the CDF still for TotalEnergies. We have an ambitious program for the CDF for the next 3 years in the company. I am interested in getting insights from the community on multiple topics but more on the Data Lifecycle domain and any way to make the UI as user friendly as possible for the end users. Thanks the community !!!And of course i will post some ideas on the UI and features.. any ideas to be shared

Hello everyone 👋My name is Nadir, and I’m excited to join the Cognite Academy community! I’ve recently embarked on this learning journey with Cognite to help bridge the gap between OT/IIoT data on the factory floor and actionable insights that drive real value.A little about me:Education & BackgroundI hold a strong foundation in both engineering and business-analysis disciplines, combining electronics engineering experience with business-analysis acumen. Over the years I’ve developed expertise in MES, SCADA, controllers, and manufacturing systems integration.Professional Experience I’ve worked on delivering operator view screens in platforms such as Ignition by Inductive Automation, integrating data sources like real-time mezzanine systems and GenAI fault-detection systems, and creating dashboards for manufacturing floor visibility and KPI tracking. I’ve been involved in building Connected Worker applications on tablets (e.g., Samsung Galaxy) to give floor staff intuitive access
