I have ingested RAW data into CDF for a bunch of equipment (16) and also applied transformations on those to setup Assets, Timeseries, Datapoints and Events. I have a P&ID diagram (PDF) which has 4 Equipments shown in the Diagram with P&ID#. I would like to know the process of ingesting this file as a resource type for this equipment setup and where do I upload the file?

When the user selects any of the above Equipment in CDF, the system should display the enclosed P&ID diagram.

Hi @eashwar11 , you might find this course useful: https://learn.cognite.com/path/data-engineer-basics-transform-and-contextualize/interactive-engineering-diagrams-concept-and-ui

Please note that the CDF projects provided as part of the e-learning aren’t suitable as sandbox environments. If you’d like to explore CDF outside of the coursework, please get in touch with your Cognite representative to get a sandbox.

Hi @eashwar11, which course are you following? Which CDF project are you in?

The CDF projects we provide as part of the e-learning aren’t suitable for any other exercises than those described in the courses.

Thanks @Eniko Farkas  for the response. I am doing this independently to further my knowledge in CDF.

I managed to upload a PID file in ‘Explore Data’ but I am unsure now how to create the tags which are needed to be approved in the ‘Interactive diagrams’

I created labels by editing the file and linked those labels / tags to the Assets. But still the file has no tags.

Please help.

Thanks @Eniko Farkas . I guess this course is having limited availability and not there for enrolment.
