Canvas and Charts - selecting dataset to persist data is not a good experience

When you want to upload a file into Industrial Canvas, the UI offers a drop down list of all readable datasets, when it should list only the datasets in which the user can write to. It is very frustrating for a user to select one of the hundreds datasets that they can read from, but when it comes to save it fails, since they do not have write access. 
The same applies to the Charts Calculated TimeSeries. 

In the other hand, Jupyter Notebook only shows datasets which the user can write to, so it should be used as a good example
