Lesson Completion not reflecting to start next Lesson in Learning Path

Hi Team,

Have completed the Learning Path CDF: Integrate, but it wasn’t reflecting as completed even though it was showing 100% completed. It was blocking me to move forward for next Lesson Working with CDF: Contextualize.

Please help with this… (attaching the snapshots of completion and error)
