We hope you find the changes useful, and would love to hear from you if you have any questions or comments
Hello from the Maintain team! We’ve been focusing heavily on the future of scheduling. We’re happy to release significant changes to this feature as well as updates to the workspaces functionality and a standard slew of bug fixes.Scheduling upgradesWe’re introducing several new upgrades to our scheduling component, and laying the foundation for upgrades to come! You can now create operations. These operations are tied to Maintain and are used for ‘noting down’ new operations that are required. Once you have finalized your changes, you can export these and add them to your source system (e.g., SAP). You can adjust the granularity to see your schedule in a day, week, month, or year view - making it easier to view longer-lasting plans. You can drag and drop operations to reorder them to make the most sense to your plan. Drag and drop bars are now more user friendly and easier to do. The trade matrix will now use the number of workers as a baseline instead of the number of work hours each d
Hi!The next training video we are happy to share with you focuses on the tools that are available to you in Workspaces. From selecting a document, annotating it with lines, squares, circles, to creating a list of isolation points - all is covered in this video! If anything is unclear, or you have any comments: feel free to post them below
Hi all! In our quest to support users in learning how to use both existing and new features of Maintain, we will be posting short training videos in this group going forward. Our hope is that these videos will further support the user adoption of our application, and ultimately drive the value generation that Maintain brings The first training video addresses the topic of How to create a Workspace. Shortly you can also expect videos on what the toolbox contains, sharing of Workspaces and scheduling improvements (to be released later this week) to mention a few. Do you have any questions, or suggestions to what topics you would like to see featured in similar training videos? Please let us know in the comments below!
