360 image search with file name

my team has uploaded all the laser scan (360) files, unit wise but some files are having some error I want to check file with file number but in 360 all file name is seen as unknown, how can I find the particular file

    Hi Kushagra,

    Is your project a Data Modeling Only project or a Hybrid project? If it’s a Hybrid project, the name will be the label set on the 360 Image. If no label is set, Unknown will be shown instead. We do currently not show the 6 cubemap file names in the 360 Image explorer, but we’ll look into if we should support it.

    • Are the file numbers part of the file name?
    • Could you elaborate on the type of error you are getting?
    • Maybe some screenshots would be useful.

      I have uploaded 360 files inside a folder,when I open 360 folder inside this folder in CDF it shows file name as unknown, as seen above how can I search as file name in this folder

        Hi Kushagra,

          can I search the files somewhere else like if I cannot view files in 360 image explorer in 6 cube map can we search for file name and open the file in some where?

          Hi Kushagra,

          We do currently not have an easy way to do this. How have you uploaded the 360 images? You can see all of the files in your project by going to Industrial Tools → Search and choose File as the category. You can then apply a filter on type and choose Image. You will then see all of the images in your project. If you then find a 360 image you can see if it has some extra properties like e.g. a site name and filter on that to find all images in a given site.
