Monitoring Functionality and Notification Setup in Workflow

I'd like to inquire about the current status of the monitoring functionality in the workflow orchestration. Specifically, I'm interested in the setup for notification emails. It would be helpful to know if we are able to receive notifications in the event of a workflow failure. Could you please provide an update on this?

Hi @zgchina. We are working on improved notifications functionaliy that will work across CDF. We want to make sure the notification capabilities for workflows fits in with this to create a more coherent experience across the platform, and combines well with e.g. Transformations.

At the moment, I’m not able to provide an accurate timeline, but it is in progress and notifications is one of the main priorities for new features to be added to workflow orchestration.

Hello @Marwen TALEB, notifications for data workflows is on our roadmap for Q1, as well as improvements to the monitoring capabilities in the data workflows UI.

Hi ​@Zebulon Bell, we’re actively working on this functionality but will unfortunately not make it for the Q1 release. The updated timeline is the Q2 release in early June. Apologies for any inconvenience this change in timeline causes.
