Extractor-utils Library for Cognite Python SDK Step 1: Start a new project

it says that the project is not valid and do not give me the hello world output.

As per the error message indicates that the COGNITE_PROJECT is not being set correctly in your configuration. Can you please share a screenshot of the configuration to further troubleshoot(Do not include any sensitive infomation)?
