SLB have created and maintain an extractor of data from Petrel and writing it to RAW in CDF. Downloadable from the Fusion UI as part of the "Data Manager" profile, under the "Integrate" → "Extractors" menu.
CDF does not support write-back to Petrel and you will, unfortunately, need to ask SLB about their plans for their extractor.
