Chart zoom time axis

I see in videos you can click/drag on the chart to zoom the time axis. When I try that it will only allow “panning”. Is there some mode I need to set?

I see that the mouse scroll wheel does zoom the chart but the click drag would be beneficial.

You should try to scroll while the mouse cursor is in the plotting area. This will zoom the time axis :)

Holding shift while dragging lets you select a zoom window.

You actually need to hold down “shift” to do the zoom as it shows in the video. Then when you double click on the screen it reverts you back to your previous view.
