Smarter Search Results: Update for Q3 2026 Product Release

As part of the September/Q3 product release, we enabled Smarter Search Results across all clusters except westeurope-1. 

 

For westeurope-1, we’re currently working on stability improvements. To avoid introducing additional changes while that work is ongoing, we’ll enable Smarter Search Results there once those improvements are complete. 

 

Smarter Search Results is improving how data is analyzed to provide more relevant and precise search results. See more information about this improvement in the linked documentation.

      We did some tests of this new smarter search and this is definitely not an improvement,
      We actually after a day collecting claims from end-users.
      We already experienced freezing screens, it adds more clicks and scroll down to investigate the data.
      In addition we lost some contextualizations results.
      Hope to come back to the previous interface that never freeze, and hope this will be improved by more testing.

      I believe your comments received are about the user interface updates, and not the Smarter Search Results work. For Search, the Smarter Search Results is purely about what data you find when searching in the search bar or directly with the Search API.

      Comments on the new Search Preview Panel/the Search user interface has been received and appreciate the feedback!
