Unit of Measure per row for data modelling

The ability to define a CogniteUnit on a column in a container is very powerful. However, there are many situations where we are not able to define one common unit for an entire column.

One example is LCI/Equipment data. Properties like length, volume, weight will have different units for a massive compressor vs a tiny bolt. We want to avoid doing unit conversion on ingestion since it introduces added complexity and risk (how to handle that a unit is not specified in the source), and it will also require the end user to do the unit conversion to get the number on the unit from the source system. 

One possible approach could be to have a column with the CogniteUnit instanceid, and then instead of defining the fixed CogniteUnit for a column we define the column with the unit.
