I have csv files with asset information, asset hierarchy, time series objects and timeseries datapoints. I would like to load these to CDF and link to a dataset.

Could someone walk me through this or refer me to some help files?

Hi @Diana Chimnaz Johan ,

You can follow the steps mentioned below in order to load your csv file to CDF and link to a dataset.

  1. Login to CDF if you have not done it already.
  2. Navigate to Use the Data Catalog (under the Explore category) and click + Create data set and create a new data set
  3. Navigate to Prepare data for transformation under the Integrate module. and click the + (plus) button to create a database and create a table by clicking on the + Create Table button under the name of your database.

for further understanding you can follow the Cognite data fusion fundamentals course here.

Thank you.

Best regards,

Vivek
