We are working with one of our sites to build out a plan in Maintain for their TA. The TA have ~3500 work orders so we are trying to bring those into one plan. We have run into several issues during this, so looking to see if anyone has experienced this or knows of limitations in Maintain. 

  1. When viewing activities in a plan, we can only scroll down in the list to 1000. We most likely will apply a grouping, but this could prevent mass selection if more than 1000. 
  2. We have not been able to add all ~3500 activities to the plan. We have gotten a plan up to 1950, but then it won’t let us add any more.

  1. Yeah, i see the issue. There is a limit here for performance reasons. Make note this is only what you see in the UI - filters and grouping are not affected by this limit. We have considered an improvement here such select all in a group or all in a filter. Let me know your thoughts on that?
  2. This we are currently looking into, we certainly want to support plans with 3500+ work orders. If you want to track progress you can log it as a product idea. In any case I will let @ryanbooker know as soon as this is resolved.
