Cognite Remote: Ability to provide queries that highlight objects on a 3D Model

Yes, these ideas are overlapping. We are developing a rule based coloring concept for 3D in Fusion as we speak. It will be in limited availability on the 5th of March. The rules can be created in the 3D management subapp, and the application of the rule in the 3D environment will be available via the new 3D viewer in Search. Keep in mind that this would also require to configure a scene.

We will use your input both here and in the other thread to align the concept. 

We are now about to launch color overlay for the 3D browser in Search. on June 4th you can create thresholds based on asset metadata, and time series. If thresholds are breached it will trigger a color change in the applied color overlay in Search 3D. How to set thresholds is described here.
