I would really appreciate if you can provide capability to drop a pin (or a little walk man) into the 3D model, and the app can then zoom and navigate into that area. A lot of 3D visualization software has the capability to do that instead of us trying to wheel mouse. More example in this link:

Thanks for sharing this example. I really like what this application has done. However a problem with this implementation is that it does not work well when navigating to a level inside a structure. There are many ways to tackle the problem of navigation and are exploring this topic. Other ways include the use of a mini map, level selector, area, selector, quick nav points, etc. We continue to explore updates to usability and navigation.
