Cognite Data Fusion: Add metadata on Relationships

Hi Jon-Robert,

This idea will currently be parked as with the focus being on the Flexible Data Model for 2022, and considering what delivery of FDM means to having more flexible CDF data models, we do not currently plan to invest in the development and test resources needed to bring metadata support for Relationships to GA.

With Data Modeling features in Cognite Data Fusion, where edges (relationships) already support properties, we will not be making further extensions to the Relationships feature set.
