To analyze the particular time period / multiple time periods freeze the display pane in charts might be helpful.
For example : An option to visit specific days such as (15th June : 4.00 pm to 7.00pm , 10th June 10.00am to 12th June 1.00 pm)
A feature to come back and visualize saved/ marked timeframes will be helpful in pattern recognition or analyzing specific events

Thanks again for the great feedback on this ! Would you like to be able to quick select some time frames to compare trends in the same view ? You can set markers today and navigate between dates which is not ideal but should help solve this problem.

This is actually one additional point to my original suggestion.
My actual suggestion was - to able to visit the timestamps, which user has flagged.
Also, it is like -- having a checkpoint (mayb e a url) where user can come back to nth step of development to check the saved charts (particular time frame and flag or comment added on that time )
