COGNITE CDF: File Viewing for DGN and DWG

We still want this feature. Having files in CDF without being able to view them means we would need another application on top to make use of them.

This is also true for videos.

We are currently working on a new contextualization platform based on our data workfllow and all contextualization services will be ported as workflow template. This is needed for us to enable optimal use and management of contextualization flows. After we establish the basic fundamentals of contextualization, we will be able to shift our focus to this.
