Hello everyone,

I recently completed the Cognite two courses Cognite Data Fusion Fundamentals & Data Engineer Basics - Integrate and received my certificate. While I appreciate the recognition of my achievement, I noticed that my name is not mentioned on the second certificate, only an image with the text "Cognite Data Engineer Integration" and a badge. Is somebody else is also facing similar issues?

Thank you.

Hello @Itika and @Luciana Velasco Medani,

Thank you for bringing this up. 😊

There's one more learning path coming up - Data Engineer Basics Transform & Contextualize. Therefore, upon completing both learning paths:

  1. Date Engineer Basics Integrate, and
  2. Date Engineer Basics Transform & Contextualize

the learners will receive a certificate (similar to CDF Fundamentals). However, you can start taking the published courses in the newest learning path. You will be notified as soon as we release the new courses and the assessment in/for the latest learning path.

You can find the link to the newest Data Engineer learning path here → https://learn.cognite.com/path/data-engineer-basics-transform-and-contextualize.

Also, you’ll be glad to know that the badge you received is on your Hub profile and contributes to your ranks. 👍

Let us know if you need more information. 🙂

Happy learning!

@Nimesh Madandas  Thank you for the information you provided earlier. I was just wondering, how did you become aware of that upon completing

  1. Date Engineer Basics Integrate, and
  2. Date Engineer Basics Transform & Contextualize we will get the certificate? Is there a particular source you use to stay up to date?

Hello @Itika,

I am the owner of these two learning paths 🙂

  1. Date Engineer Basics Integrate, and
  2. Date Engineer Basics Transform & Contextualize

Basically, I am the source and you can trust the information I am providing 😊

Hope you liked the Data Engineer Basics Integrate LP courses; I am super excited to introduce you to the Data Engineer Basics Transform and Contextualize learning path.

P.S: A couple of courses will be made LIVE in the coming weeks along with the assessment.🤞

Can’t wait for you to have access to all the courses in the newest LP.

Best,

@Nimesh Madandas ,

I have completed  Date Engineer Basics Transform & Contextualize in addition to  Cognite Data Fusion Fundamentals & Data Engineer Basics - Integrate courses. The certificate received for this course did have my name on it.

But I have not received any updated certificate for Data Engineer Basics - Integrate with my name on it yet.

Which essentially means the above concern raised by @Itika  remains still valid right?

Hi Philips,

Thanks for your reply.
In the present Data Engineer Basics - Integrate learning path, we have the certificate without displaying the name of the user on certificate.
