I have exactly the same issue that in Cognite Hub, somebody solved it and said: “I’ve revoked your MFA so you will have to re-register it for our Hub tenant” could you please helping me revoking the MFA and please explaining me how to re-register? thanks.

Hello. I just revoked your session, so please try again. If you’re still not able to login, I’ll destroy the MFA and have you set it back up. The MFA is simply pointing your camera at the qr that is displayed.

Hi, I have retried the login, but same issue, not sure what should I try to do, or if I am doing it right because I am not familiar with Microsoft Authenticator, I choose my slb account and it throws a message with 2 authentication methods: “Enter Code” from Microsoft Authenticator, and “Approve a request on my Microsoft Authenticator app”, if I click the later it throws me a number, but the notification is not going to my phone (it says something like no new notifications) when I try again, with MS Authenticator open in my phone, the page throws the message "Sorry, we're having trouble verifying your account. Please try again." going to https://aka.ms/mfasetup I can see that my current information is there, and in fact, I have checked that the MS Authenticator works with other applications from my organization.

Now it is working :) although, I have no fu***** idea how :P… I think somebody in the CyberSecurity team from my organization did something, so, when I logged in again to fusion.cognite.com it asked me to configure an account within MS Authenticator, and it was the first time I got a QR code to setup a new account, and it is myuser_SLB.COM#EXT#@cogniteunite.onmicrosoft.com. So, I have got 2 different accounts within the MS Authenticator, I guess, one is to the things within my organization, and the other one is just used to cognite.

That’s correct. separate domains, separate credentials.
