Dear Expert Community,

I have created dataset, it is available at data set section and but when it comes to contextualize=> “Match entities”=> “Quick match”. and then tried to find my data set with resource type “time series”

I’m not able to find the data set, which is already there in the section “manage dataset catalog”.

Any specific reason for this?, How can I solve this issue?

Thanks & Best Regards,

Mariangelika

Hi Mariangelika,

This is known issue that we are experiencing with the training project and I am sorry that you are experiencing this issue. It happened before with couple of users who reported the issue here: https://hub.cognite.com/academy-discussions-175/cdf-fundamentals-discussion-646.

So, basically, entity matching can filter limited number of datasets. Since, we have a lot of datasets created (currently 1921 datasets in the project), the matcher is not able to go through all existing datasets. We have reported the issue to our engineering team. You unfortunately need to skip this part, or need to build your dataset from scratch.

Please can you also mention the name of your dataset so can also report your dataset not showing to our engineering team as well.

Regards
Kumar
