I get this when I am trying to sign up from grafana with my Azure AD linked account dmangal@slb.com.
Any idea how to solve this?

Hi!
This is a common error when using an application that is trying to authenticate via Active Directory but has not been approved yet by your Active Directory administrator. If a user with Active Directory administrator privileges tries to sign in as you just did, the person would have been asked if Grafana should be approved, and from that point of you would also be allowed to use it.

Note that such application authorization is normally required for each location where an application is hosted, hence several authorizations for the same application might be required.
