Hi there,

Are there any plans to make the PI Extractor open source, following the same approach as opcua-extractor-net?

Hi @andrelcalves thanks for your request.
Currently, we don't have plans to make PI extractors open source. Could you please share your reasons or use case for this request?

Thanks and regards

Elka

Hi @andrelcalves, thanks for your question! I just moved it to our Developer and User community. @Elka Sierra @Kathrine Muszynski would you be able to have a look at this please?

Hi @Elka Sierra,

It's not a use case at all; I was just wondering because we have our own PI extractors built on top of the PI SDK. We could contribute to Cognite PI extractors if they were open source, similar to OPC UA.

Thank you very much,

André
