Lost account in authenticator app

Hi,

Apparently I lost the account in the authenticator app while not changing phones. How do I get this back? Due to this I am also not able to access the sharepoint site to exchange files with Cognite.

Apparently the MFA needs to be reset as mentioned in other threads:

@Ramon Scheffer yes the MFA needs to be reset. But the problem here is, I’m not aware of the owner of the sharepoint site that you are referring. That’s why I tagged Ben to check whether he knows about it.

@Mithila Jayalath , thanks for resetting. Cognite is now back in the Microsoft Authenticator app and I could log on to the Teams Huntsman-Cognite folder. Thanks and regards
