convert csv files in CDF into timeseries

New to Cognite.
Can anyone help on this:
We have CSV files uploaded into CDF dataset (thru’ FileExtractor), and now need to read and parse the csv files contents in the CDF into TimeSeries? And how to run it automatically or scheduled?
