403 response when attempting to access data mossaix from certain countries

Team,

We are having an issue where a customer can login from certain geo locations but not others.

Where access is denied, we get a 403 response. The customer’s IT team is involved, and they can’t seem to solve this issue.

Has anyone experienced this issue?

      Can you please share a screenshot of the 403 error? Also did you check and compare the access token of users having access with the users not having access?

      It’s the same user, within vpn with the customer’s username/password we can access it. outside vpn, we get a 403 response.
