When calculating daily totals or averages using the Resample function, the calculation seems to be performed based on the 00:00 – 24:00 UTC timeframe. I would like the system to account for time zone differences so that the totals or averages are calculated based on the 00:00 – 24:00 period in Japan Standard Time (UTC+9).

Building on @Kazuyo Yoshida san’s idea, I’d appreciate it if users could specify the aggregation period as they see fit, if possible.
As @Kazuyo Yoshida  san mentioned, there are times when we want to take time zone differences into account when aggregating data,
and there are also cases where we want to factor in work hours.
For example, our day shift starts at 8:00 a.m., but in certain use cases, we might want to aggregate data from 8:00 a.m. the previous day to 8:00 a.m. on the current day.
I think the tool would be much easier to use if it could accommodate a variety of use cases like these.
