As a user, I want to efficiently manage my filtered results in the table column by having the ability to narrow down my selections through search. However, when faced with a lengthy list of checkboxes, I desire the convenience of a 'Select All' button. This feature would eliminate the need to individually select each filter, ensuring a smoother and more time-effective user experience

Question: As this could potentially hit some API limitations. Could a feasible usage pattern here be to narrow down the count to below a 1000 before applying select all?

So that would be great to search before and then selecting all with a limitation of 1000 search results is fine!
