List filters and items within filters alphabetically

Apologies for the delay in response. We have taken this feedback and incorporated it into our plans. We are working on a configuration User Interface to configure the search experience per product. Our goal is to introduce the ability to select how filters are ordered per project - manual selection (e.g. “most used/important” filters on top vs alphabetic vs default) in the upcoming Q1 release.

Admins can now configure default columns, filters, and properties displayed (including the order of them, and including the option to hide properties to be displayed at all) in the Search application and “add data” panel in Charts and Canvas for all users in the project (open beta functionality).
