As a user I want to
* subscribe to comments to get informed (via badge on the comments icon / via email) when there is an update or reply to the conversation
* be able to tag other people so that they get actively informed about relevant information or follow up tasks.
* see badges on the comments icon to be able to recognize unready / new comments where I have been tagged
so that collaboration can take place directly in maintain and replace parallel e-mail or chat communication!
