Have a better way to Change from In Progress to Done on Checklist List

Hi ​@Matheus Nunes - sorry for not updating the status on this ticket. 

This item is already in development, and should be available for our Q2 release. In short, when the checklist is 100% completed the “mark as done” option will appear automatically. If you want to “mark as done” before reaching 100% completion the user will have to click the “...”, as this is an exception.

I see. I think this can definetely help a lot.

However, sometimes, the users need to review the checklists before closing them. For example, if I had any bad result in a checklist I would need to review it to see the reason why is bad. But if I only have good results, I would not need to do that and I can just close it. In this case, a “Bulk update” feature in the checklist list can be useful. If I understood correctly, this new feature will only be applied when doing a checklist, is this correct?

With “reviewing the checklist” are you then referring to someone sitting in the office (on desktop) and reviewing a checklist done by someone else out in the field (on mobile)? 

In this iteration we are primarily focusing on improving the flow when doing the checklist on the mobile.

Understood! So in that case the current experience won’t change. If you open a checklist that is “in progress” with 100% completion on desktop the “mark as done” won’t automatically show up. You’ll review the checklist before clicking the three dots and marking it as done. 

Is there a plan for this to change? Ability to bulk update the checklists to “Done”?

Yes, we have bulk actions in the backlog. Not only for “done”, but also “assign/re-assign” and “delete”. Will update you when it’s picked up for development.
