Hi @Marwen TALEB!

A PyGen equivalent for TypeScript would make a lot of sense for frontend developers, significantly simplifying and accelerating their work. It's not on our immediate roadmap right now, but we're glad you brought it up, as feedback like this helps us figure out what to prioritize next.

@Mithila Jayalath could you please convert this question into a Product Idea to help us track customer interest in such a feature?

Total is already aware now too, that OMNY open-sourced their solution last year (2025).

OpenSource TypeScript library from Omny, which implemented the PyGen approach

https://www.npmjs.com/package/@omnysecurity/cognite-codegen

I've not tested that yet on my own, but remembered that Omny (an AkerBP company, which is using CDF in their stack for security)!

Omny is the result of a cybersecurity project that grew into a larger collaboration with the enterprises Cognite, Telenor, and Aker.
