No longer a black screen, but now the PDF is now only partially viewed. Zooming out helps a little but there is still a cutoff in the middel of the screen.
It would be help us diagnose and prioritise this if we have can reported as a bug with the following information:
Step to reproduce - how is this bug replicated, including the name particular PDF that you took the screenshot of
Screenshot of the full screen when the bug occurs
Was this on desktop on server sider rendering? If it was on desktop what version of Remote is being run and the specs of the computer that is running Remote. If on SSR, what browser and version was used.
Also, please send bug reports to support@cognite.com as that is better way to report them because they go to our support team who can help get faster attention on this.
