Cognite Infield : Hide archived checklists from regular users

Regular users should not need to see archived checklists, only those with approver privilege's should really need to see them. Perhaps make a toggle that can hide this function from standard infield users.

Yes those who are not approving checklist do not need to see the archives it is just extra information and clutter on the screen that they do not need
