Charts - Changing Operator w/o having to Add another Node

Submitted on behalf of Celanese Charts User in a training session:

As a Charts User, I would like to be able to change a Node / Operator more easily without having to add node and scroll through all over again.

For example, if I accidentally clicked “Absolute value” when I meant to click “Add” directly underneath it on the “Operators” options, I would have to Add another Node, navigate to Function, scroll all the way down to “Operators” again before selecting the correct operator I originally wanted.

Hi @Marcela Young and thank you for reaching out about this. I agree that we can make it quicker and easier to add functions to that no-code canvas (and build calculations, in general), and this will be a focus area going forward.

For now, I often use the search field, which is automatically selected when opening the “Function” category, to more quickly filter for my function of choice. Granted, this requires you to know the name of the function in advance, but once you do, this is likely the most efficient in terms of time and # of clicks to add it to the no-code canvas.
