API support for Chart and Canvas migration from CDF Dev to Prod projects

Hi team,

There should be a API provision to migrate the pre-existing charts and canvas developed in Dev project to be migrated to Prod. Currently all of them need to be recreated from scratch.

      Has there been any movement on this?

      We make algorithms that require charts to explain. Changes in parameters create new data structures and we need to remake the charts. 

      Had there been a way to download the chart and programmatically change the external ids, we would have saved a lot of time.
