Adding Checkall button in Data Model -> Data Management

Hi Jimmy, unfortunately we can’t support “Check all” functionality because the UI does not have all the data that is present on server, we are fetching page by page as you scroll in the table. 
However, you can use the “Selection mode” (see the attached picture) to select multiple rows at once.

How to use it:

• Select one of the rows in the table by clicking the checkbox
• Turn/click on the Selection mode
• Hold Shift and select the last row that you want to be selected
• Click on download button to export them as CSV

If you want to select all the rows, you will have to scroll in the table until all the rows are fetched and then you can use the steps above to export everything.

I’m also using the way which suggested by Branko.   The difficulty is there will be a long list of data/ rows that I need to scroll until the end while holding shift button, time consuming if I have thousands of rows.  
 

Hi Jimmy,  yes, I understand that this is not an optimal and time consuming user experience. Like I mentioned before, the problem is that you could have a lot of records (like millions) that should be downloaded in the UI and then exported as CSV.
I will add this to our backlog and we we will discuss about it and see if we can find some solution.
