We would like to have a contains filter option on columns. This would be useful to search on string type columns and see if it contains some substring, to filter the data properly.

Dear @casalecchi

Thanks again for your request. I wanted to let you know that it’s currently on hold and won’t be prioritized in the near term. That said, it’s still on our radar and may be revisited down the line.

Appreciate your understanding, and feel free to reach out if anything changes.

Warm regards,

Elka

I would like to bump this request up.

In our dataset, we have engineering files that include the metadata column for Matched Tags.  This provides a link between the engineering file and the equipment that it is related to.  In some cases, multiple pieces of equipment will be referenced on the same engineering file.  In those cases, there are multiple equipment tags separated by commas.

It would be helpful to have a “contains” or “does not contain” option to improve the filtering capability.
