💡 Where to submit feature requests: Product Ideas

To make sure your ideas get directly in front of our product and engineering teams, please submit them through the Product Ideas section right here in Hub (be sure to select the Cognite Flows category!).

Submitting your requests there ensures they:

• Connect directly to our roadmap: Ideas flow straight via API into the Jira board our engineering teams use to prioritize and build.
• Get upvoted and enriched: Other community members and partners can upvote your idea and add their perspectives, adding value to your request and giving our product team clear visibility into community demand.
• Keep you updated: You can track the status of your request as it moves through review, development, and release.

📝 What makes a great feature request and/or product idea?

When submitting your idea in Product Ideas, the most helpful details you can provide are:

1. Context & Problem: What challenge or bottleneck are you facing? Describe your specific user story or workflow.
2. Proposed Solution: What feature or functionality would solve this problem for you?
3. Visuals (optional but helpful): Screenshots, sketches, or quick screen recordings are always welcome!
