Problems in Cognite Toolkit Training

cdf version is 0.7.236.

  1. i cannot find the same quickstart mentioned in the training material. below is the screenshot from my environment.

  2.  

  3. the instruction mentions two times about “would you like to make changes to the selection”. the action is inconsistent.  The second question should be updated to be the real one.

      Hi ​@SunWei 0.7.236, the version of toolkit you’re running was released today, 4/10/2026. The toolkit version referenced in our training is 0.7.49, which was released in January. I would expect the menu choices to be different between versions. The Cognite toolkit can be tracked here for https://pypi.org/project/cognite-toolkit/ for version updates and documentation. 

      Thank you for pointing out the redundant subject in the toolkit setup. I will bring this to the attention of the course creators.

        ​@SunWei I believe “quickstart deployment pack” would the the similar choice to the one in the demonstration given in the course. I will update the course to be transparent on the version on the toolkit
