I am confused. I got here expecting to be able to explore CDF using the Open Industrial Data Source from AKER BP.

So, the previous screen literally says “Explore a live stream of real industrial data from the Open Industrial Data Project. Click the + CREATE TOPIC button in the menu bar to start the conversation.”

Yet when I do that, click on the “+CREATE TOPIC” button, I am taken to a community bulletin board, not the area where I would explore the “live stream of real industrial data”. 

So where would I go to explore the live stream of data? 

Perhaps something is lost in translation here between languages, but this is not the expected result from the statement.

    So start here: Cognite Academy Homepage

    Then scroll down to the button that says “Open Industrial Data-Explore a live stream of real industrial data from the Open Industrial Data Project. Join to learn about dynamic industrial processes and data science.”

    First of all, this statement has two outcomes and is therefore not focused. If the second sentence were left off, then it would be clear that you are going to a place to explore live data.

    When you click on that Open Industrial Data button, you are taken to: Cognite Hub

    The banner on this page again says to explore a live stream of real industrial data… but you are at the bulletin board hub, not at a place to explore real industrial data. When you press +CREATE TOPIC you are taken to exploring the bulletin board hub and can enter a topic for others to see. But this is nowhere near a page with the ability to explore time series data being live streamed. Very misleading! Is the actual intent to mean that you are exploring what others are saying and what questions others are raising about Charts? That is a completely different outcome to what I would expect.

    I do not want to talk with other users, I want to see the actual data mentioned and the interfaces to that data. I’d like to open the industrial data and source it and see it on a Cognite chart, for example.
