Stuck on "Contextualize P&IDs"

Hello,

As another user stated, “I am taking the “Working With CDF: Contextualize” . On “Contextualize P&IDs” its asking me to upload a file through the explore data → files tab. However, it is not allowing me to do so. The option appears grey and I cant continue. Please advice how to proceed.”

I am experiencing the exact same issue - can I please get some help also?

Seems like because there’s 0 files already there, I can’t select that tab to upload to. Also, when I upload to the Data Explorer, it won’t link the uploaded file to the dataset properly. Am I missing a step?

Thanks!
Bert

@Sofie Haug,

I was already able to complete my fundamental CDF certification.

Thanks!

Hi again @ActemiumBertGreeby

I’m unable to reproduce the issue with my test-user. Can you share a screenshot?

Hello,
I was able to figure out how to upload it to CDF; but now I’m stuck because I can’t find my dataset in the list:

Good hear that you figured it out @ActemiumBertGreeby.

For the data set in the “Interactive engineering diagrams” I will create a support ticket for that and include you in it.

Best regards

I am also having the same issue with my dataset being unavailable to link to the PDF.  Please include me with any resolution as these courses need to be completed for participation in the upcoming bootcamp.

Hi @simao.freire! Sorry for the late reply, I’ve started some of my vacation! If you have not managed yet - please try to refrash the page and try again. You can try this refresh a couple of times if needed.

We are working on a solution with our engineering team, but in the meantime a refresh is the best we can do. I also did some adjustments a week ago so it should be easier to find your data set.

Please let me know how it goes!

Best Regards,
